We support OEM and ODM collaboration to satisfy the customer's reasonable request. We will choose our products on the basis of the information we gather from our customers.

If the user has special non-standard needs, our R & D department will be tailored according to the needs of users. The production department and the customer jointly determine the product specifications, and organize the production according to the final process requirements.

We have a lead time of about 10 to 45 days, which is different according to product and order.

Payment
We support multiple ways of payment to satisfy the different requirements of our customers, and we are able to communicate with each other in detail.

Product testing

Every FGI product that comes out of the plant has to go through rigorous testing, including 100 percent load testing and aging testing.

Customers propose non-standard technical requirements based on on-site situations;
The technical support department conducts technical summaries, while the R&D department discusses technical solutions;
After confirming the solution, we confirm with the client again. After both parties confirm that there are no errors, sign a technical agreement;
The production department arranges production according to technical requirements and make complete testing after production;
Packaging and shipping.
