1.Overview
Delayed coking is a kind of oil secondary processing technology, refers to the hydrogen-poor heavy oil as raw material, at high temperature (about 500℃) for deep thermal cracking and condensation reaction, the production of rich gas, crude gasoline, diesel, wax oil and coke technology. It is one of the main methods of deep processing in the world, and the processing capacity accounts for one third of the processing capacity.
2. Implementation plans
Radiation feed pump (P8102AB) supplies raw materials to the coking furnace, and the flow of radiation feed pump is shown in Figure 1. Radiation feed pump (P8102AB) drag motor power is 450kW and rated current is 31.7A.
Due to the limitation of production raw materials, the actual processing capacity of the device is lower than the design processing capacity. The radiation pump is selected 1.5 times the design processing capacity, so that the actual flow of the pump is smaller than its minimum design flow. When running at a low flow rate, the flow condition of the liquid in the pump will change, and the operating condition of the pump will deteriorate, resulting in a sharp reduction of the bearing and mechanical sealing life, increased noise, and increased failure rate. During normal operation, the outlet pressure of the pump is 4.8MPa, and the pressure before the heating furnace (after the regulating valve) is 1.3 MPa, which can meet the system requirements. It can be seen that there is a large amount of energy consumption on the regulating valve, and sometimes only a furnace for production, frequency conversion transformation, it is imperative to save energy.
FGI FD5000 Medium Voltage Drive with manual bypass cabinet. Two and two radiation feeding pumps are equipped with one high voltage frequency converter, which adopts "one tow one" frequency conversion control.
3.Application advantages
