Application of FGI FD200 inverter in thermal insulation cotton production line

1.Introduction

Langfang City, Hebei Province is the base of rock wool and glass wool production in China, and its production line is controlled by the traditional slip speed regulating motor + speed regulating control board + synchronizer. At present, our company has successfully transformed 3 production lines in Shenzhou Group, Dacheng County, Langfang City. One 9 production lines, two 12 production lines. The equipment is a full-automatic rock wool production line with oversize pendulum method. The effective curing length of the plate line is 25 meters, and the process of cyclone spray dust removal and desulfurization is adopted. After the transformation is completed, the customer reflects that the operation is stable during use, the synchronization effect is good, and the precision is high. The power saving rate can reach more than 35%, the defective rate is greatly reduced than before the transformation, and the output is significantly higher than before.

2.System configuration description

According to the production process and customer request configuration. The control system maintains the function of friendly man-machine dialogue. It is composed of man-machine interface +FD200 frequency inverter +ormron rotary encoder. PLC and FD200 frequency inverter (12 sets) for modbus protocol master/slave communication. The PLC is the host, all the frequency inverters are slave machines, and there is an address. (Frequency converter stack number is set to 1-12) The operating main frequency is set by the man-machine (the operating frequency of the cotton collector is set to be the main frequency) and broadcast instructions are sent to the 1# -12 # frequency converter. 2#-12# frequency converter adopts the control mode of main channel (485 communication set) + auxiliary channel set (rise and fall control). The encoder controls the maneuvering of the side cutter and the calculation of the total length of the insulation cotton.

The encoder inputs the number of pulses collected to the FX2N high-speed counting X1 terminal, and PLC calculates the actual meter number according to the number of pulses and the mechanical deceleration ratio, (N=60(D0)/nt*1000) D0 is the pulse density. To control the side tool action and display the line speed and total meters on the man-machine interface. In addition, the length of cutting sliver can be set according to production requirements on the man-machine interface. In order to ensure that the finished cotton is transmitted backward quickly after the side knife cuts the cotton strip. Therefore, the 10# -12 # inverter should add a 5HZ frequency on the basis of the existing operating frequency at the moment of side tool action. That means there must be an acceleration function. The acceleration time lasts about 2S. The system has a total start/stop function, and each transformer has a separate micro-lift/micro-drop, separate start/stop, hand/automatic switching functions. The above functions rely on FD200 series frequency converter's powerful communication function and unique master/auxiliary channel frequency setting mode.
