FGI Story Symposium: Inheriting the spirit of scenery and drawing a new chapter of development

Recently, FGI Technology Center held the "My FGI Story" symposium in Jinan and Wenshang simultaneously, inviting senior employees to tell the story of the frequency inverter in the development process of the enterprise with personal experience, and new employees of the technology center participated through online and offline linkage, and shared the profound meaning of the "FGI spirit".

FGI started from the state-owned wireless power plant in Wenshang County in 1970, FGI people have written a legend in the field of power electronic frequency inverter energy saving control with 54 years. The story of every old employee is a concrete expression of the spirit of enterprise, and I hope that the younger generation will inherit this persistence and innovation.

"The mine is wet and narrow, the machine failure is complex, and the heart is worried about the environment under the mine, but my colleagues say that technical people must take root in the first line." That continuous hours of repair, let me understand that overcoming difficulties is the true nature of engineers."

2.Innovation to change the tide of The Times

When talking about the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, Fang Xiangteng, a project management employee, described the course of the company's implementation of the IPD system with an "ice-breaking road" : "We have faced departmental collaboration barriers and traditional thinking resistance, but through multiple training and hundreds of documents optimization, we finally achieved the basic operation of the current IPD process."
