Recently, FGI Technology Center held the "My FGI Story" symposium in Jinan and Wenshang simultaneously, inviting senior employees to tell the story of the frequency inverter in the development process of the enterprise with personal experience, and new employees of the technology center participated through online and offline linkage, and shared the profound meaning of the "FGI spirit".

FGI started from the state-owned wireless power plant in Wenshang County in 1970, FGI people have written a legend in the field of power electronic frequency inverter energy saving control with 54 years. The story of every old employee is a concrete expression of the spirit of enterprise, and I hope that the younger generation will inherit this persistence and innovation.

1.Passing on the torch, gather striving force

The first sharer is structural engineer Zhang Zhenyu, who takes the theme of "Master and Apprentice relay, inheritance of originality" as the theme, recalling the scene when the master taught the technology hand by hand when he first entered the workshop: "The master taught me not only the drawing standard, but also the attitude of excellence." Today, the responsibility to design a mature structural plan is rooted in the words and deeds of the predecessors. Young test engineer Fan Xiaohui shared "a lesson of growth under the mine" : when he first joined the company, he was not skilled in basic tools, felt confused, and slowly learned to use test tools under the guidance of colleagues. Followed by other colleagues led deep into the mine maintenance equipment. "The mine is wet and narrow, the machine failure is complex, and the heart is worried about the environment under the mine, but my colleagues say that technical people must take root in the first line." That continuous hours of repair, let me understand that overcoming difficulties is the true nature of engineers."

2.Innovation to change the tide of The Times

When talking about the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, Fang Xiangteng, a project management employee, described the course of the company's implementation of the IPD system with an "ice-breaking road" : "We have faced departmental collaboration barriers and traditional thinking resistance, but through multiple training and hundreds of documents optimization, we finally achieved the basic operation of the current IPD process." Although reform and innovation is difficult, it is the fundamental driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises."

PCB design engineer Zheng Dandan's story is full of warmth and strength: "When I transferred from the quality inspector to the technical post, I did not even understand the circuit diagram." However, the company gives learning opportunities, practice during the day, self-study at night, and spend two years from "small white" to now be able to skillfully design PCB boards. This confirms the company's talent philosophy of 'growth without boundaries.'"

3.Culture cast soul to the sea of stars

Jia Mingying, a test engineer, told the story of "Platform achievement self" about the two-way travel of FGI and employees: "The company not only provides professional training, but also provides positions according to the development direction of individuals to make them shine." Structural engineer Liang Kailai to witness the perspective of the enterprise's remarkable years: "In the 1990s, the factory is simple, in order to overcome the frequency converter technology, the team in the workshop to overcome difficulties; Today, we have achieved a certain position in the power electronics industry, but the genes of hard work have not changed. The story of FGI is the story of generations turning the impossible into the possible." 

4.Youth relay, continue to write a new chapter of scenery

At the symposium, the new generation of employees in 2024 took over the spiritual torch from their predecessors: "We will devote ourselves to R & D and innovation with the realm of 'success does not have to be in me, success must have me', and continue to write the legend in the power electronic frequency inverter industry." At this moment, the spiritual lineage of 54 years is extending in the coordinates of the new era, when each struggler has become the writer of the spirit of enterprise, FGI will draw a more magnificent picture of The Times.
