Equipment workflow:
1.Start the frequency converter of the main mixing tank, and then the stone powder raw material is transferred to the main mixing tank through the conveyor belt, according to the command issued by the PLC control system, the converter runs at different speeds. On the premise that the inverter does not stop, add resin pigments to the main mixing tank, and stop after running for about 30 minutes.
2.At the same time as the main mixing tank is working, the secondary mixing tank is also doing the same work, but the amount of mixing materials is smaller. After the main mixing tank is shut down, the stirred material in the secondary mixing tank is poured into the main mixing tank. During the pouring process, the host inverter runs at 10Hz. After the pouring, the main tank is covered and pumped into a vacuum. The air pumping process lasts for 15 minutes.
3.The stirred stone is fed into the hydraulic forming equipment, which is naturally hardened after forming.
4.The hardened product is sent to the marble row saw cutting equipment and cut into different thicknesses according to different designs.
5.The cut material is polished and trimmed to obtain the finished tile.
