The roller frame, also known as the flipping frame or the position-changing frame, is a device that enables the rotation of a cylindrical (or conical, polygonal) welded piece by the rotation of the active rollers, thereby completing the circumferential welding of the welded piece. The rotational speed can be adjusted by changing the rotational speed of the rollers on the roller frame. It can achieve horizontal position welding of the inner and outer circumferential seams and inner and outer longitudinal seams of the workpiece through manual welding or automatic welding methods. 1.Working Principle
The roller frame is composed of the driving frame and the driven frame. Each group of the driving frame and the driven frame consists of four rollers. The rollers are made with an inner iron core and an outer rubber structure. The main transmission part is driven by a frequency converter to rotate the motor, which then drives the driving rollers through a reducer. The friction force between the driving rollers and the cylindrical workpiece is utilized to rotate the workpiece and achieve displacement. The driving and driven rollers remain on the same axis, preventing the workpiece from deforming or slipping during rotation.
2. System Configuration
Users can choose from 20-ton to 150-ton wheel frames based on the weight of the produced workpieces. Different tonnage wheel frames are equipped with a PM500M variable frequency controller ranging from 1.5KW to 15KW. The operation mode can be divided into wired external pull operation box control and wireless remote operation box control. The variable frequency controller is controlled through terminals, connected via a 10-meter extension cable or a wireless remote control. On the operation box, it can achieve rapid start/stop in either forward or reverse direction, potentiometer speed control, real-time speed LCD display, fault alarm and reset functions, providing users with remote control capabilities while offering convenient and reliable efficient control performance.
3. Application Advantages
