2. The technological process of tile packaging machinery
At present, the production process of tile packaging by domestic tile manufacturers includes processes such as tile loading, inspection, tile turning, paper feeding, paper folding, and packaging. Among them, the process of transporting tiles actually has higher requirements for frequency converter control. During the process of transporting tiles, it is required that the frequency converter starts and stops quickly and smoothly, so as to ensure that the tiles do not slide during the transmission process. Moreover, the position error of each shutdown should be within 2 millimeters. Only in this way can the smooth and accurate operation of each action be guaranteed, and the packaged products be aesthetically pleasing. To ensure that the shutdown position is the same each time, the frequency converter needs to be used in conjunction with the PLC and encoder. The PLC calculates the position of the tile in real time through the encoder and gives different pulse signals to the frequency converter according to the position of the tile. The highest pulse frequency is 50kHz and the lowest is 0Hz.
