1.FGI Power quality management solution
The power quality problems in the field of battery materials can be divided into two main situations
(1). The battery production process involves a wide variety of electrical equipment, from raw material preparation to battery assembly, testing and other links need power support, while consuming power will also produce some power quality problems, some sites have low power factor, voltage fluctuations.
FGI analyzes the power consumption of a battery production site, collects the active power and reactive power data on the site, calculates the reactive power that needs to be compensated, and installs the corresponding compensation device in each substation according to the actual situation on the site, so as to ensure that the power factor of the entire plant reaches the standard and avoids the power adjustment charge.
(2).Battery manufacturers prefer to use green energy, pay attention to sustainable development, generally install photovoltaic and other power generation equipment in the production area, based on the characteristics of new energy power generation, need to configure a certain proportion of Static Var Generator, to achieve stable voltage, compensation line reactive power effect.

(1) Fast response and accurate compensation
The response time of Static Var Generator(SVG) is less than 5ms, which can react quickly to power grid fluctuations, adjust power in time, and reduce fluctuations.
(2) With time-sharing control automatic switching function
When the photovoltaic power generation during the day to run the constant test point power factor mode, at night to run the constant test point reactive power mode, you can set different operating modes and target values according to the time period.
(3) Excellent high and low voltage crossing function
The high and low voltage crossing range and duration and other indicators are higher than the national standard, which can maintain the equipment in the case of power grid voltage sudden drop or sudden rise, and does not expand the accident.
(4) With harmonic control function
SVG equipment can control harmonics below 25 times to protect the safety of electrical equipment.
