4.FGI Program Advantages
Real belt machine soft start. The slow start of the motor will slowly release the energy stored inside the belt, which can minimize the impact generated when the conveyor starts and stops, almost no damage to the belt;
Reduce the tape strength. The extended start-up time of frequency conversion reduces the requirement for tape strength and reduces the initial investment of equipment. The starting impact is reduced, the loss of mechanical system is reduced, and the life of rollers and rollers is extended.
Achieve the torque balance when the belt conveyor is driven by multiple motors. Multi-motor drive adopts master-slave or coordination cabinet control mode to achieve torque balance;
Tape test function. Low speed belt check function is the requirement of belt machine maintenance. Any tape speed within the rated band speed range of 0 ~ 100% can be adjusted under no-load test condition;

Automatic speed regulation. The frequency converter with the coal flow sensor can automatically adjust the belt speed according to the load weight, reducing the belt wear;
Energy saving. A separate control system is used to measure the front load and the local load respectively, which can control the frequency converter to slow down or raise the speed in advance. For the belt conveyor system with uneven load, it can save energy and reduce the wear of the belt.
