Recently, the fixed mine emergency power supply provided by FGI for a coal industry company in Shaanxi Province was successfully connected to the grid and passed the emergency start-up test of the on-site power maintenance load after the power failure of the double circuit inlet line. The mine adopts the coal mining technology of fully mechanized top coal caving and has a production capacity of 3 million tons/year.
1. Project configuration scheme
According to the principle of "one mine and one policy, safety and reliability, technical feasibility and economic rationality", FGI carefully equipped a set of 6kV-2.2MW/2.2MWh mine emergency power supply for the project, the equipment model is FGESS-2.2M/2.2M-6O. This emergency power supply is designed to ensure that when the coal mine external incoming power supply is all interrupted, it can still meet the emergency electricity demand such as mine ventilation and personnel evacuation.
The high-voltage cascade topology adopted in this project is one of the core technologies of FGI. As early as 2021, when FGI applied the technology in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, it was assessed by authoritative experts in the industry to reach the international leading level. Since then, this technology has been successfully applied in the 30+ project site. Each practice is a further test and improvement of the technology, and FGI has won a good reputation in the industry.
2. Running mode
Grid-connected peak-fill mode
Reduce the peak-valley difference of power grid load, charge in the valley period and the peace period, discharge in the peak period and the peak period, reduce the cost of electricity for enterprises.
Grid-connected smooth load fluctuation mode
The gas generator set is greatly affected by load fluctuation, and this system can optimize the load curve.
Off-grid operation mode
Off-grid operation as an emergency power supply, to meet the critical load power supply.
3.Characteristic of project
After the mine power failure, ensure the main ventilation operation of the mine quickly, and then ensure the operation of the auxiliary shaft hoist.
The long-term allowable capacity of the emergency power supply can meet the needs of the emergency lifting personnel of the auxiliary shaft, and is not less than 1.5 times the rated power of the electrical equipment of the auxiliary shaft lifting system, and can meet the normal operation requirements of the auxiliary shaft lifting personnel to start the normal operation at full load, and is equipped with the auxiliary shaft lifting feedback electric energy absorption device.
The emergency power supply has a strong short-term overload capacity, enough to meet the starting current requirements of a single largest motor.
The versatility and interchangeability of the emergency power supply are excellent, and the units of the same voltage level in each mine can be exchanged and run side by side at will.
Equipped with perfect relay protection device, can effectively prevent external fault intrusion, covering short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection and other protection functions.
The battery pack is equipped with a reliable protection device to prevent overcharge and overdischarge to ensure the safe and stable operation of the battery pack.
In the process of charging and discharging, the power quality of the emergency power supply fully meets the relevant national power quality requirements.
In the case that the whole mine and the mains are off the grid, the emergency power supply can realize the grid connection function with the gas power generation, and further improve the energy utilization efficiency and power supply reliability.
The successful application of FGI fixed mine emergency power supply in a coal industry company in Shaanxi Province fully demonstrates FGI's technical strength and innovation ability. In the future, FGI will continue to uphold the concept of "innovation-driven, quality first", continuously increase R&D investment, improve product performance, and provide more reliable and efficient emergency power solutions for the safety of coal mining and other industries.
