Rubber mixing equipment plays an important role in the production process of the tire industry. As tire enterprises belong to high energy consumption enterprises, more than 40% to 60% of their energy consumption is consumed in the rubber mixing workshop, so the key to reducing the energy consumption of the tire industry is the rubber mixing equipment. The smelting machine mainly relies on two relatively rotating rollers to produce extrusion and shearing action on the rubber, after several kneading and the chemical action accompanying the kneading process, the macromolecular chain inside the rubber is broken, so that the various ingredients in the formula are mixed evenly, so as to meet the requirements of the rubber mixing.

3.Field operation effect
The original production line of the owner's unit uses a 245kw asynchronous motor, but due to its low energy efficiency (0.85) and poor comprehensive electricity economy, in response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, it is recommended that they now replace the FGI FD300 series low voltage frequency inverter. The rotor field oriented vector control method is used to speed the motor with large torque, high precision and wide range, which makes it resistant to high temperature and humidity corrosion, not easy to demagnetize, high reliability and powerful function.
